Our mission is simple.
To improve the lives of adults with Severe Autism & or Intellectual Disabilities.
The NeighborBridge is a 501(c)3 organization
Adults with severe autism and other intellectual disabilities are too often forgotten once childhood services end—left with long waitlists, limited programs, and nowhere that truly understands complex needs—while families carry the weight alone. The NeighborBridge exists because every adult deserves more than survival; they deserve dignity, purpose, and a place to belong.
Donations go to help pay for professional supports that allow individuals with Autism to participate in meaningful work in their community. Our 2026 goal is to raise enough funds to provide 2,080 hours of high quality trained assistance. Financial Goal: $62,400.
Donations go to help the parents of adults with severe Autism get some time to themselves! Funds will go towards paying high quality trained professionals to go to their homes and allow them some time off. Funds also go towards a $100 gift card for the parents to go do something for themselves. Goal of serving 1 family a week for a full day of respite.
Financial Goal: $17,860
Donations go to help support community fundraising events to celebrate those with Autism and or Intellectual Disabilites and their familes. This includes an annual special needs outdoor movie night and an annual Light it up YOU event celebrated every April 2nd.
Financial Goal: $10,000
